As I’m sitting in front of the fireplace in our house in the woods, my mind wonders about healing. How often do we have to go through a healing journey? Are we ever done? Each time we heal, we go into a deeper level of letting go and working towards the person we’re meant to become so we can reach our potential in life.
There are a few things that we can consider along the path of healing.
Having compassion towards others comes naturally for many people. Practicing compassion towards yourself will help you to gain a positive relationship with yourself.
Daily affirmations starting with “I AM…” followed by positive, healthy, freeing statements will help you develop a new outlook in life. We create what we think and call in the flow of abundance.
Worrying is such a common prayer for the negative things in our life; we go on about the worst outcome in a situation. Instead, ask for the results that you would like to experience in different life situations.
Healing is needed when we’ve experienced some trauma on a physical, emotional and/or spiritual level. Allow yourself to create new wonderful memories that uplift you and prevail over the ones that have burdened you.
We all deserve to have the life we dream of. Let’s take some steps towards our dream.
