Feel the energy building in the group. Laugh with joy or shed a tear as you heal. You’ll always be safe and supported. Make new friends but also practice being close to yourself. Be intuitive, read energy, and work with cards. See colours in people’s energy fields and find out what they tell you about each person. Connect with your spirit guides and talk to loved ones. Get messages you need to hear.
Your confidence will grow with each exercise. You’ll be gently encouraged to discover how much you can see, feel, and hear.
