Listening to the information, writing it down and reading it later on helps some folks soak it all in. Others prefer the convenience of recording the reading using an electronic device.  

If you'd like me to record your session on Zoom, please inform me at the beginning of our time together. You'll receive the recording (MP4 format) via wetransfer.com afterward.

No. The time for your appointments is reserved for you and must therefore be paid for. In the free Meet and Greet beforehand, we get to know each other and see if the coaching is right for you.

This program will be weekly so you can build momentum in your training. However, I understand that flexibility may be required if something comes up.
