Learn how to Connect with Loved Ones in the Spirit World
This exercise requires patience and practice, just like anything else in life.
Follow these steps:
1) Sit in a comfy chair in an upright position.
2) Close your eyes and focus on your breath for a few moments until you relax, and your mind is calm.
3) Pay attention to how you feel (e.g., sad, happy or curious).
4) Say out loud the name of the person in the spirit world you want to be with.
5) For the next 5–8 minutes, say what you remember about the person (e.g., work, family, relationships, or hobbies). This is how to link to the spirit and strengthen the connection.
6) Take time to observe how you feel now compared to how you felt before you started the exercise.
The feeling is different when there is a spirit present.
Doing this exercise regularly will help you understand your energy field and when it changes. When you notice a shift, you're with spirit.
Even though I work as a medium, I did this beginner exercise after my dad passed away. I was keen to learn what his spirit feels like, and I want to know as soon as a spirit comes closer if it's him.
You also deserve to be aware of the presence of your loved ones after they've gone to the spirit world.
